for me) and I can’t stress enough how good their support team is. Super fast replies, actually helpful, and they don’t treat you like you’re just another ticket in the queue. Performance-wise, my sites load noticeably faster now. With GoDaddy I was constantly dealing with slow pages and random hiccups, but on ChemiCloud things just work. Honestly feels like a huge upgrade all around. If you’re stuck on GoDaddy like I was, I’d say the switch is 100% worth it.

Total silence from support while my website is down for a week

I have been using AlexHost for my project, but their major infrastructure outage has kept my website offline for almost a week. In the support tickets...

, they told me that my request was taken into work, but it has been 3 days and they still haven't provided the promised backup server. Their Telegram support doesn't even read the messages. Because of this downtime, I have suffered significant financial losses and lost many of my permanent clients. Initially, I just wanted to resolve this normally by getting a backup server and asking for compensation. But seeing this complete ignorance, I will now leave negative reviews about this hosting provider on every platform possible. Avoid them if you value your business.
