We have been with Hivelocity for past 6 years their never have been problem of downtime . we have had multiple servers with them and the level of support is superb if you ran into a problem they are blazing fast to fix that p... They are constantly deceitful. Claim you can send 50mb attachments but forget to tell you they encrypt all mail and a 30mb attachments fails. Say they give you 1000mb mail space but dont tell you encrytion uses that space so ... Daugiau you only get like 650mb of space per email account. Cloudflare is constantly looping preventing you from logving in. Live chat support tries to put blame on your end and rarely solves problems, just blames then on your software or machine ( "works on my end"). Use anybody else. Mažiau

Hivelocity used to be good. They had a great a customer service and support, but now they lost it. I am a long time user of their services and its quality is now longer good. I moved from SoftLayer to Hivelocity many years ag... Daugiau o. I was used to a first class service at SoftLayer and at that time Hivelocity didn't disappoint me. They price was just right and my account manager was always in touch with me. They even had a lifetime affiliate program which made bring some customers along with me. Now their support simply doesn't care anymore. The "lifetime" affiliate program has come to an end and they refuse to pay me the money I am entitled to receive. If you are considering Hivelocity, please look somewhere else. They are not who they used to be anymore... Mažiau
