We had them build our website. This is the 3rd time contacting them as we were told it was going live and 3 days later, it wasn't. Called and was told the person forgot to do something and that it was fixed. A week later I ... Daugiau went to check our website it wasn't working, how long I don't know. Called them again, was told they fixed it and it did work. Just happened to pull up the website today and it's not working again!!!! Called Register.com was on hold forever before someone finally answered. He took all my information and said he was contacting support and put me on hold for another 15 minutes to then be transferred and told: We're sorry our department is now closed! What kind of company is this??? We spent $2600.00 having them build and to have access to support. This time is when we're busy and not having a website working is a big mistake! This is the message we are getting trying to look up our website!
