It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. Benji Mamber, After completeing the changeover of all our processes onto a securerack VM, in less than 6 months we received an email from SR informing us that we have a couple of months to move to a new service because the service will be ... Therefore, our cloud services «SecureRack vDatacenter» will be terminated by March 31st, 2017. Please make sure to backup or transfer your data to alternative servers by then. We recommend the comparison portal www.cloudorado.com which provides a vast overview of cloud service offers. As from January 1st, 2017, it will no longer be possible to place new «SecureRack vDatacenter» orders. Existing services are still available free of charge until March 31st, 2017. We recommend you to transfer your data as soon as possible, as all data and servers will be deleted irrevocably on March 31st, 2017.
