I switched to servercheap from digitalocean and never looked back. 100% uptime in 4 month speaks for itself, even digitalocean couldn't do that, and on top I am paying 50% less.

Why I didn't give 5 star is because my account was charged without my permission. Keep it up, but stop charging customers without their permission. |

I signed up for the service (over other providers) because their website said "7 Day Money Back. Try us risk free for 7 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will grant a ... Daugiau full refund, no questions asked". Well, read the fine print. It's only the first server. I ordered a few. The TOS is buried much farther down the UX flow. When I asked for my money back after < 2 days, they gave me a very strongly worded rejection followed by an even ruder response. Clearly, I was not trying to abuse their service, they just convinced me to buy more with their "guarantee". If you are a current customer, be warned that their support may get hostile. Never had such a rudely written support message before in recent memory. They should be called "ServiceCheap".
