One small company with 5 employees (sending maybe 25 daily emails combined) has constant problems sending email. They are rejected by the recipient because the HG email server IP address is blacklisted. The outgoing servers IP address are frequently changed to help fight this, but it does not work for long. We call, they fiddle and say its fixed, 2 to 7 days later more rejected email. Eventually I run into a tech that says "this is because "some other customer" on the shared server sends spam and gets the server blacklisted". Tech support (used to be great) cannot fix it and, not knowing I'm a professional in the industry, spew complete BS in efforts to lay blame elsewhere.
Tier 2 tech supports response is "try gsuites or Office 365 - in other words "we cannot stop this from happening:" Looking for new hosting service now, and feeing bad for recommending them to a customer I've had over 20 years.
