I was a little thrown off by the reviews before buying from these guys, but I've been with them for 9 months now, with very little problems. There has only been downtime once with a power outage that affected the entire city (out of their control), and once where my port speed seemed to stick at 100mbps, but I opened a ticket and they fixed that.
They have a great network blend and I haven't had any complaints about that.
When they say unmetered, I really put that to the test and haven't had any issues.
You cant find a dedicated server for this price anywhere else on the internet.

final note: anyone who claims their support is unhelpful, its unmanaged, meaning they aren't in charge of managing your programs or such. They are great to fix network or hardware problems, or reinstall your OS.

It's happened to me three times now that a server has been completely erased and shut down because of their ancient payment system. I set it to do automatic payments via Paypal, this fails, and then they'll unplug and erase my servers on the weekend without warning. Overdue notices appear in my account, but not in my emails. One Monday morning I was lucky and they hadn't erased the server yet, so they could just start it up again, but twice now my backup server has either failed or been taken offline due to an overdue bill that I'm not aware of (since I set up automatic payments, duh), and defeats the purpose of having a backup server. I like the guys who are tech help, but they can only defer to billing. At some point they need to update their billing system to work or I'll be forced to relocate due to the stress of finding my servers shut down like this.

This company has so many negative reviews, but that didn’t stop me from trying out this host, i’ve been with them for about 1 and a half years. Support has always been quick to reply, I’ve had practically zero downtime. When my hardware failed, they’d replace it instantly (one time my cpu failed, and they replaced it within an hour). Sometimes they might mess up, but they fix it quickly. I have no complaints for the price.

While reading some reviews are negative based on my own personal experience of wholesale Internet. I have had 2 dedicated servers for over a year never had any issues with downtime or speeds. I've never needed to contact support as always managed my servers without the need. Overall good servers, good speeds and cheap price.
