I've been more than 10 years with this company ( Resellers Panel ) ... I got shared cpanel account with them long time ago ... now I decide to move one of my clients to VPS cpanel ...
they moved all my host (settings, database, software, etc..) automatically to my new vps ... but the software didn't work ... so I started ticketing them, but always only one guy responding to my all tickets this guy is not qualified at all and give me no solutions! ...
after 3-4 tickets with no benefit he disabled my account and told that I'm rude!! ... and he said I have to apologize from him to reactivate my account !!! ...
they destroy my business ... please don't do big mistake and rely on such non-respectful company

Their tone, reminiscent of a sardonic jest, aimed to belittle rather than to empathize or comprehend.
What struck me most was the palpable absence of basic courtesy and respect throughout our correspondence. Rather than engaging in a dignified and professional manner, the representatives resorted to maledictions and insolence, revealing a disconcerting lack of decorum and a disregard for the principles of customer service. Their words were like barbs, directed at my person, tearing at the fabric of civility and exacerbating my already mounting frustration.
It is regrettable that such behavior was exhibited by individuals who purportedly represent the company's values. Their conduct stood in stark contrast to the standards one would expect from an organization of purported repute. Their lack of tact and refinement undermined any confidence I had placed in the company's commitment to professionalism.
As a discerning customer, I believe it is crucial for companies to value the importance of respectful and courteous communication. Disparaging remarks, delivered with an air of superiority, have no place in a business environment striving to build trust and foster lasting relationships with its clientele. Regrettably, this was an opportunity squandered by the company's employees, leaving me with a sense of disillusionment and a resolve to seek alternatives elsewhere.
In conclusion, my experience with the company was a disheartening reminder of the importance of professionalism and respect in customer interactions. The representatives' disrespectful, sarcastic, and impolite demeanor showcased an alarming lack of regard for basic courtesy. I implore the company to reflect upon the ramifications of such behavior, as it undoubtedly undermines their reputation and erodes customer trust. As for myself, I will be seeking solace in the arms of establishments that value their customers' dignity and treat them with the respect they deserve.
Rude People with a Horrible Platform that does not work
They are horrible. Its a weak platform that does not work. None of the templates. The people there are rude and uncaring about any issue. They use their host thing as a way to control and bully people. They are horrible people. Do not use them because you will get screwed. They are not good people.
I'have been in online business for over 20 years and never have I experienced a more rude and unprofessional support. I sent 1 mail to them and got this answer back, I quote: "Perhaps before asking retarded questions you should have..." Stay away from this company.
Rude, abusive, unhelpful. From day 1 with them I had constant email problems which they refused to believe was any fault of theirs, so after 6 months I have left. Instantly the email problems disappeared with the new host.
UNFORTUNATE THIS COMPANY, to hire a simple reseller, they even ask for your passport or your driving documentation, all this is a CRIME due to data protection, so FLEE FROM THIS COMPANY. No one has ever asked me for so much documentation or obstacles to start a reseller.
