The easy truth is, all the other hosting providers you see in this very site do not own any of their hardware (mostly), they depend on providers like OVH to do this. Why am I saying this? Because I don't get why OVH is rated this low. It's not a bad hosting company at all, no, rather they are the gods of all other hosting companies if you think about it (not all, but a DECENT bunch) So please don't get deceived by these reviews from unprofessional people. OVH has a large variety of products and their specialization is with dedicated servers, but I was using their shared hosting and despite the low focus, it still works better and is way budget friendly compared to many providers. If you are someone that actually can use their brain and doesn't need support for every little issue... this company is perfect.

When you don't notice the problems they have then your demands are just way to low to experience this.
Can you tell me if it's normal and professional that every day my server gets disconnected from the network, resulting in package loss which results in my clients getting disconnected. OVH now just turned of the monitoring to ignore the issues.
So when you label this at 'the only true hosting provider' i'm worried about your professionalism.
They offer you a premium service and client support but they hide behind the fact that they just don't care about your experience whatsoever. They blocked my website because it was attacked by someone who installed malicious plug-ins to my WordPress page and said they would give me back the access once I removed said plug-in. I couldn't do it because of them and had to ask a third party to help me. Shameful! Then when I still had one day left of my subscription they locked me out of my database and made me renew for a full year (!!) to have access again. This is all my fault for believing they would be honorable about our contract but I was wrong. Don't trust these guys for anything. They won't help you and will seek more money for something they should provide for free or be open about. And by what I see here, they can't afford to lose clients but are very pleased about it. They lost another one.
Has no respect for the customer. They suspend their server wrongly and take more than 24 hours to reactivate. I don't recommend it to anyone. I have 10 dedicated servers with OVH and I'm migrating them all to another datacenter. It's one of the least reliable data centers I've seen. Support does not respond
Esta empresa não fornece Suporte, ou melhor, fornece, mas é quase inexistente. OS servidores são lentos com imensas quebras e com bastantes falhas de segurança. Estou a migrar... por isso... está tudo dito. Perdi com esta empresa cerca de 1300€
Essa empresa é ridicula, o suporte demora dias para respoder. Comprei o VPS deles para usar com um painel da runcloud.io, mas não foi compativel. Eles não fornecem reembolso, e olha que eu nem usei o servidor, so tentei instalar o software. Se voçê esta comprando para fazer algum teste ou precisar de reembolso, esqueça esta empresa. "O barato sai caro"
Sou cliente OVH há anos. Tinha vários dedicados, centenas de IPs que comprei individualmente e tinha 160 clientes hospedados lá. Sempre tive problemas com IPs sumindo, acusações de abuso com pouquissimo tempo de resposta mas sempre me mantive por conta do bom preço. Mas do nada, recebi vários avisos de phishing vindo de meus sites e no mesmo dia recebi um aviso de que minha conta seria permanentemente deletada, e que nem adiantava eu responder, que era irreversível. Resultado. Perdi meus 400 dólares em IPs, perdi meus 15TB de arquivos, todas as minhas configurações e abri falência da minha empresa. Não recomendo que vocês confiem neles a longo prazo.

Eu acabei de comprar um plano VPS com cPanel & WHM, com promessa de entrega em 24 horas. OK, entregaram em duas horas, mas o VPS não funciona. Não tenho acesso FTP nem HTTP. Adicionei um domínio e ele não abre.
Pedi suporte, mas o suporte é lento e já faz 3 dias sem ter uma resposta. Vou desistir, porque eu até reinstalei o VPS, fiz todas as configurações idênticas como já tenho no meu VPS em Linode.com e mesmo assim nada funcionou.
Eu quero fazer um pedido para o bem da humanidade. Vamos todos deixar desta empresa e procurar um host responsável, que dê valor ao cliente. Eu já estou fazendo isso agora!
Fiz a compra de um servidor dedicado, com a promessa no próprio site dizendo que a entrega seria em minutos. Basta entrar no site para ver.
Passadas várias horas, o servidor ainda não havia sido liberado. Verifiquei no pedido e o mesmo estava com status "entrega em curso", com pagamento já aprovado no meu cartão (liguei no banco para confirmar também). Enviei um ticket para a empresa e depois de quase 1 dia, me responderam o seguinte (ipsis literis):
"Hello,
We are currently working on the issue you're experiencing. It appears that our inventory may be low which is why this may be taking longer than expected to deliver. I am waiting for more information from our Escalation team as to when we'll have more in stock. Once more information is available, I will reach out to you via this ticket.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us via support ticket or chat. Thank you for choosing OVHcloud."
Resumindo, me disseram que não tem equipamento em estoque e que não tem previsão para resolver. Enquanto isso, a mensalidade vai vencendo.
Fujam desse empresa, tem vários relatos no facebook também que eles não entregam o que cobram.
