Because I don't get why OVH is rated this low. It's not a bad hosting company at all, no, rather they are the gods of all other hosting companies if you think about it (not all, but a DECENT bunch) So please don't get deceived by these reviews from unprofessional people. OVH has a large variety of products and their specialization is with dedicated servers, but I was using their shared hosting and despite the low focus, it still works better and is way budget friendly compared to many providers. If you are someone that actually can use their brain and doesn't need support for every little issue... this company is perfect.

When you don't notice the problems they have then your demands are just way to low to experience this.
Can you tell me if it's normal and professional that every day my server gets disconnected from the network, resulting in package loss which results in my clients getting disconnected. OVH now just turned of the monitoring to ignore the issues.
So when you label this at 'the only true hosting provider' i'm worried about your professionalism.
don't really recommended on OVH Hosting! even if you looking for quality and you willing to pay and try it out its not worth it and poor quality service, try others!!! you have so many companies out that provide much better service and 30 days money back guarantee so you can check them out and see if you like the service or not. Not like OVH Hosting taking the payment and don't even answer the phone because its not the "level support" with $103/M plan! STAY AWAY!
השירות לקוחות שלהם רובוטי ולא אנושי, בקשתי החזר כספי על המוצר שלי (שעוד לא תפעלתי! מיד לאחר השלמת התשלום) והם סירבו לתת לי החזר כספי, אפילו יחסי. גם קרה לי שהחברה חייבה אותי במשך 3 חודשים ללא ידיעתי ולא יכלתי להקפיא את זה מכיוון שהגישה שלי לאתר נחסמה והם לא החזירו לי את הכסף אף על פי שלא השתמשתי במוצר. האתר שלהם לא ידידותי למשתמש, כנ"ל התמיכה המזעזעת שלהם. להתרחק אם אפשר!!!
אני קצת פחות משנה משתמש בשירות שלכם לאתר הראשון שלי ואני מאוד מרוצה משום שזה מאוד קל לשימוש, הם מאפשרים העלה של וורדפרס בלחיצה עחת בלי בעיות וגם במחיר זול של שלוש יורו לכל השירות הפרטי, בנתיים מאוד מרוצה אבל נראה איך ילך כאשר האתר יהפווך לעוצמתי יותר אני אדאג לבוא לעדכן.
ניסינו לקחת שירותי VPS/Dedicated ב OVH.ie, לאחר ששמענו שמדובר בחברת אחסון גדולה ועמידה. לאחר תהליך ההרשמה ביקשו מאיתנו תעודה מזהה ובנוסף חשבונית מהחודש האחרון. שלחנו להם את הפרטים. לאחר כחצי יום הוסיפו לידיעתנו שהכתובת על תעודת הזהות ועל החשבונית חייבת להיות זהה. אז השגנו חשבונית עם כתובת זהה, אבל התאריך של החשבונית לא היה מעודכן לחודש האחרון ולא אישרו אותה, כל זה לאחר עוד 10-14 שעות. למחרת כשהשגנו חשבונית פתאום אמרו לנו שהתעודה לא מתאימה לחשבונית (השם שונה באות אחת), כל זה לאחר עוד כחצי יום. בסופו של דבר אנחנו קראנו שעוד משתמשים בעצם נתקעו עם אותה הבעיה, והחלטנו שיהיה פשוט יותר להרשם אצל חברה אחרת, גם לאור האישור הארון והמעצבן, וגם בגלל זמני המענה הארוכים. היינו צריכים שרת באופן דחוף וזה לא התקבל על הדעת.
