Hostsailor is a good VPS service provider as per i know use there service from last 1 year - my suggestion is to all please at list use HostSailor VPS or Web hosting for test you will Love it they have 24 /7 live human support
I have a dedicated server at Hostsailor and from my experiances they are generally a good provider and very reliable (at least the romanian location) which offer some things many other hosting providers don't. The only problem might be support because i was waiting for 15 hours for my ticket to get answered and it still wasn't answered. I was only able to get help by contacting a live chat agent which was very helpful and fast with responses (His name was Adam).. I'm not sure about the other agents. Overall Hostsailor is worth the money and i will soon be buying another dedicated server :) .
1. Hostsailor just switched my vps power off because its consumption of resources was inappropriate for them. 2. Also I found deleted my VPS by Hostsailor for overdue though internal credit account had double of month pay sum. 3. There's no refund process in Hostsailor hosting company.
Hello alex, We do not have a record of your email as a registered client but i will answer the 3 points you mentioned.
1- It's true that we switch a VPS OFF if it will affect other users and other VPS Servers on the same node, for an example if a client is DDoSing from a VPS we must shutdown and also Suspend to protect other users and also protect anyone from such an abusive usage
2- If you did not pay your invoice we give 6 days after the invoice due date to give you time to pay and we also send emails daily before the due date and also after the due date, if you did not pay on time we must suspend/terminate the service, however if you have paid an add funds transaction, then it will be added as a credit balance and used to pay your service ONLY if you have added the credit before the invoice generation time, as when paid after the generation you must manually apply the credit yourself.
3- We have 14 days money back guarantee (subject to our policy rules) and if you also have credit with us, you will get it back to your used payment method once you ask (subject to our policy rules)
Dear friends you see now how their system works - they can't even find the client which has already registered. )) I can't imagine how it could be possible in other hosters to have money on account and to be purged )). LOL
Actually, it means you are not registered with the same or using a fake name for abuse purpose, but if you really have any money in an account with us whether its a fake name or real name we will be glad to refund so can you share your client area account " Email " or open a ticket to get your money back :)

They suspend the VPS because of high I/O load but this wasn't the case. After talking to the really bad support they told me to keep the traffic lower than 1000 packets per second or the server will be suspended again. 1000 packets per second is really nothing for a gigabit VPS for 20$. They told me that I always have to chance to switch to dedicated servers. Awesome! In their FAQ they write that VPS don't have a limit and you can do whatever you want with it. But the reality looks different. So take care about this really bad service and buy your stuff somewhere else!
A VPS or Shared hosting will always be a shared service and there is no way with any provider that you can do anything you want since there are other users hosted and they need to enjoy a stable and reliable service therefore it will always be abusive if the resources are heavily used by a single user, there are no limits but under our terms we're clear that if a service causes problems we have to act to protect our network and users, we're sorry we had to lose you.
